We are a growing SME based in Widnes and working in the telecommunications construction industry who are looking for a finance assistant to join our team
The successful candidate will be involved in the financial matters of the company and will report to the financial controller.
The main responsibilities for the role include, but are not limited to,
- Sales Ledger (Raising of Invoices, chasing payments when needed, account reconciliations)
- Purchase Ledger (Issuing of purchase orders, raising queries with suppliers)
- Payroll (Weekly including reviewing of expenses claims)
Experience working in a finance role using accountancy software such as Sage 50 is essential
Must be computer literate including software packages such as Microsoft Office
Must be able to keep accurate records
Must be willing to work on own initiative as well as part of a larger group in other areas when needed.
Working hours are Monday to Friday 08:00 to 17:00
Salary – negotiable
